Conceptually Black is the exploration of the dark side of human existence. The images here are meant to engage you, excite you, scare you and make you think.

Conceptually Black is brought to life by Kevin Schmidt of Lazyi Photography, with collaboration from amazing individuals willing to venture before my camera.

I use cameras to capture my view of the world. My images are dark and moody, twisted and painful or overflowing with sensualness. Each image depicts my view, my emotions and my mind at the moment of it's creation. I want my images to touch each viewer, to allow my pictures to carass the dark corners of their mind, often only explored by a lover.

Artist's Statement

Bored with the polished cookie cutter images, society thrusts upon us, I decided to engage my mind and use my vision. I create work that is raw, filled with emotion, designed to stand apart from the boring, stagnant chafe imposed upon us.
